MONITOR YOUR HEALTH BEFORE THE RACE
In 2020, 45 Degrés Nord is the only major venue to have presented races and created safety protocols since the beginning of the pandemic. We were able to present 4 races in a safe and enjoyable format. This continues in 2021 starting with our first event SUB-ZERO, which will take place on March 27, 2021.
Our safety measures are based on and follow the government guidelines and recommendations plus we have added extra procedures to ensure that all participants as well as our staff is protected. The goal is to stay safe while enjoying an event just like before.
Protocols have be implemented in order to reduce physical interaction between staff and racers throughout the venue starting at initial arrival on site as well as parking, sign-in, obstacle course, festival area, restrooms and food service.
1- TEMPERATURE CHECK AND HEALTH SCREENING
-
Observation of visible symptoms
-
Contactless temperature check upon arrival
-
Anyone with a temperature of 38 degrees celcius or above will be re-checked. If the same reading is found, that person will not be permitted entry to the venue.
For the safety of everyone present, including races and staff, if someone fails the above health screening then that person as well as all the individuals in their party will not be admitted to the venue. Any person having tested positive to Covid-19 or a failed health screening in the 14 days prior to the race will be refused entry. Contact our customer service by e-mail and we will be able to transfer your registration to a future race.
Every person arriving at the venue will complete a declaration when checking in at the race stating that they are not currently infected by COVID-19 and have not had, or knowingly been in contact with someone experiencing any of the following COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days:
